Founded in 1987, Profiles Publications, Inc. is New York City’s largest single source of upcoming foreclosure auction information, and lis pendens filings.

For over 18 years, subscribers have relied upon the timely, accurate information that Profiles Publications, Inc. has consistently given them. Through the successful use of our publications, our subscribers have purchased millions of dollars worth of real estate in New York City while saving themselves valuable time conducting research and running down leads. Our subscribers are very loyal, and many have been with us since our inception. We have received lots of positive feedback from our subscribers over the years. One subscriber reports buying 45 properties from his Queens Foreclosure Auction Schedule in two years; another reports he “flips” 8 – 10 properties a year, averaging a $50,000 profit on each one! Her expert knowledge has been featured in Crain’s New York Business, The New York Times, Newsday, New York Post, and on Bloomberg Radio.

Ms. Davis graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Earlier in her career, she worked for Benton & Bowles Advertising, J. P. Stevens & Co., Inc., and Knoll International. Ms. Davis founded Profiles Publications, Inc. in 1987.

Laura A. Cadorette,
Vice President and General Manager
Ms. Cadorette is a graduate of Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island. Prior to joining Profiles Publications in 1994, Ms. Cadorette worked in computer book publishing with Bantam Doubleday Dell and Prentice Hall Computer Publishing. Ms. Cadorette directs Profiles’ financial, marketing and Internet operations.
